Deer knight makes no sense, besides the obvious nerf, 100 damage per pip on top of a pretty nice utility is way too strong for death imo. Just ask around in the pet pavilion and commons for someone with the pet you want. Eventually someone will let you hatch with them. Just train up a random pet to adult and get to asking. I can get a hatch for around 10k depending on the pets. I used deer knight from a pet at that level with my death wizard.

Crafting deer knight at your level would be tedious not impossible though. Even if you hypothetically had all the ingredients ready to go you'd still need someone to take you to each world to buy recipes and progress crafting quests.
